The new 9-acre wooden roof at Portland International Airport has been lifted into place.
Two local restaurants have been named James Beard Award Semifinalists for best new restaurant: Portland’s Kann and McMinnville’s Okta.
And area leaders are in discussions on a WNBA team in Portland.
