On Saturday, February 17, 2024, Oregon Distilled will return to The Redd on Salmon Street for another year of incredible spirit and food tasting.

Oregon Distilled, the ultimate celebration of local and regional artisanal spirits, invites enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike to partake in this beloved annual spirit-tasting festival. From award-winning bourbons to small-batch gins, attendees will have the chance to experience the craftsmanship behind each unique libation. Celebrating the history of Oregon’s rich distilling heritage, this event gathers 35+ of the finest craft distillers from Oregon with an intentional pairing of small plates from Portland chefs included in the ticket cost.

Highlights of Oregon Distilled include:

Craft Distiller Tastings: Engage with master distillers and learn about the artistry and passion of creating each distinct spirit. Experience each distiller’s portfolio of spirits with guided tastings where experts will help unravel the nuances of various spirits, offering a deeper appreciation for the craft.

Local Food Pairings: Enjoy delectable bites carefully curated to complement the showcased spirits. The 2024 featured chefs serving small plates will be Zilla Sake, Mestizo, Sebastiano’s, La Femme Fromage, and Urban German.

Distiller’s Dinner: Community-focused culinary & events concept Kolectivo , powered by Magna Kusina, Sun Rice, Tikim, & Eavening, and cocktail innovators Straightaway Cocktails and Accompani will be presenting the third year of the exclusive Distiller’s Dinner. This four-course, prix fixe dinner will feature two seatings (4:30pm and 7pm) behind closed doors in The Redd’s open kitchen. Dinner tickets are on sale now and include a VIP ticket package to the main Oregon Distilled event.

Cocktail Bar: Witness expert mixologists crafting signature cocktails powered by Accompani and using Oregon’s finest spirits from distillers featured at the event. The menu hopes to inspire attendees to source the same ingredients from the festival vendors and experiment with flavors at home. Each VIP ticket includes two full-size cocktails from the cocktail bar. Cocktails are also available for purchase.
