Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating CareOregon’s enterprise portfolio of managed care program requirements, including tracking regulatory submissions, supporting staff directly and through the development of guidance materials, documenting internal processes, and coordinating communications with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). The position is expected to develop subject matter expertise about the processes and regulations governing CareOregon’s regulatory submissions to partners and the state.

Education and/or Experience

Required:

·       Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience required, including 1 year experience in a compliance or regulatory role

Preferred:

·       Experience in a health care or managed care setting with a background in Oregon Health plan (Medicaid) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

·       Project coordination experience
