We are looking for a talented and creative Associate Brand Manager to join our team and work on our Rogue and Dead Guy portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of our brands and driving their growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You should have a good understanding of the industry, a keen eye for detail, and get it done attitude. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous brand management experience, ideally in the drinks industry. You should also have a good understanding of product development, marketing, and brand strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of the Marketing Plan laid out in the Annual Business Plan. This includes engaging key partners, internal parties, and agencies for execution excellence. In charge of timelines, coordination, and review across all activities.
  • In charge of timelines, coordination, and execution across all identified projects. Organization and driving timelines are critical for success in this role.
  • Must be able to move quickly while juggling both short and long-term projects with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that projects are completed within allocated resources.
  • Leads recap across all events that capture details to determine ROI against defined KPIs, as well as an audit of what is working.
  • Maintains up-to-date competitive audits and works with other Marketing verticals to compile larger Competitive Audits. Responsible for research and analysis on the brand’s target audience, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that the brand is promoted and represented consistently across all channels.
  • Contribute to the development of the Annual Brand Plan, identifying category opportunities, target audiences, and activation strategies.
