Enjoy the scenic, mostly flat course with one STEEP incline to the peak of the bridge. Whether you’re an experienced runner or looking for a family-friendly event, the Great Columbia Crossing 10k appeals to everyone. Astoria and Warrenton’s variety of attractions, restaurants and historic sites offer a well-rounded experience, so come out early or stick around after you cross the finish line. I started my running journey 11 years ago and the Great Columbia Crossing was my first 10K. I’ve ran every year since! It’s my favorite run!
My sister and I have been wanting to do this event for years but it has never worked out. I would love to win the entries for her and I to finally do it!

I’m an avid runner coming back after having twins and I’ve always wanted to do this race.
My friend and I want to run a 5k or 10k and get start doing more races. He has been telling me he wants to see the beach. It’s the perfect opportunity! I have never been to a beach in Oregon (I moved here this year).

Would love this win! I almost had an anxiety attack driving over the bridge but running over it would help me conquer my fears! It is so beautiful and running is the closest thing to flying so I would be flying over the Columbia… I left my moms ashes close to this area and it would be a lovely time together🤗🤗🤗🤗pick me pick me

I would love to participate in this event. I was training for an ultramarathon this summer, but I fractured my wrist and had to withdraw about a week before the race. Since then, I’ve been laid off, but my wrist is healing! It would be great to have a new race on the calendar to look forward to. Thank you!
