Bittersweet angst and optimism weave through Katelyn Convery’s music, piercing the frontier of modern alt-rock, and harkening back to the edgy era of 90s NW grunge, with textures characteristic of early 2000s indie-pop. Alluring melodies, compelling arrangements, and perceptive, unapologetic lyrics land as a ferocious, buttery roar. The result: something altogether timeless and new. And getting noticed.

Convery’s latest album Miles Awake boasts polished lyrics and sophisticated soundscapes, backed by a group of distinguished musicians and co-produced with bandmate and collaborator Timothy Karplus. Two songs from Miles Awake were included in PDX Pop Now’s compilation albums for 2021 and 2023 – American Dream and Extraordinary Love. The music encompasses life’s diverse experiences, joyous and challenging. While songs like Goddamn Disaster deliver a powerful emotional punch, Convery still leaves room for sensuality and tenderness in songs like Look Out Below and Let’s Run Away. Themes of bravery and self-preservation resonate throughout.

Compelling as a live performer, Katelyn has riveted audiences at The Crystal Ballroom, Mississippi Studios and The Hotel Cafe in LA. She is currently at work on her third studio record with singles to follow in 2025.

Left On Tenth is a 5-piece indie rock band based out of Portland, Oregon. Their catalog ranges from distorted rock ballads, to horn-driven latin grooves, to up-tempo ska tunes, to folky feel-good songs. From pants-down horn solos to crowd antics LOT will leave you dancing, smiling, or at least with an ear worm. The main goal of their show is to have the most fun possible.
