Oh yeah, buddy! I first got into Dave Mason when I went record shopping with my girlfriend and her mom. My girlfriend’s mom found a fairly decent copy of “Alone Together” and we listened to the entire thing while they made a pie from scratch. Every time I hear the song “Shouldn’t Have Took More Than You Gave” I can taste the BEST crust I’ve ever tasted again and again. Much love PDX!!!! Let’s Party!!!!
The Aladdin in my favorite venue in town and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dave Mason. I’ll be honest, I haven’t heard much of his new stuff (anything made after the 90s) but “Split Coconut” and “Headkeeper” are two of the must-haves when it comes to road-trips.
This sounds like a great time! I love Traffic from the old days. I would love to see this.
