Join us as we kick off the holiday season and toast to the good times. We will be featuring a variety of our sparkling wines paired with wonderful bites that will make your tastebuds dance. We are looking forward to celebrating with you all during our Sparkling Splendor event! We encourage you to dress with a touch of sparkle in mind as we toast to our new releases!

Our featured sparkling wines of the event will be our 2021 Brut Rosé and 2021 Blanc de Noir and we cannot wait to share them with you!

Chef Antonin Colas has put together a wonderful menu of bites to be savored alongside our newest sparkling releases:

*Stuffed Cannelloni with Fresh Goat Cheese and Arugula Pesto

*Seared Scallops with Crunchy Bacon and Thyme Sauce

*Beef Tataki with Olive Oil and Citrus Glaze

*Dark Chocolate and Red Berry Coulis Panna Cotta
