Portland in the News: WNBA Coming to Portland; Dear Stranger Letter-writing Project; When To Expect Ballots & More | September 19, 2024

Professional women’s basketball will return to Portland with first games to be played in 2026.

Oregon Humanities is bringing back its Dear Stranger Letter-writing project.

And October 15th is last day to register to vote in Oregon, with ballots being mailed out starting October 16.
