In more somber news, beloved actor Tim Curry passed away last week. Portlanders attended an impromptu memorial for Curry at the Clinton Street Theater(opens in new tab), where “Rocky Horror Picture Show” has screened every week since 1978.

And if you need a laugh, Portland has elected a new funniest person(opens in new tab). Ian Yearsley took the honor at Helium’s annual Portland’s Funniest Person competition.
