After 3 years, the 82nd Avenue of Roses Parade again kicks off Portland Rose Festival season this weekend.

Portland is considering a 16-block area of downtown that will be closed off to traditional, gas-powered delivery vehicles.

And Portland was recently voted in the top ten Best Food Cities in America & Best Food Truck City by Food&Wine readers.
