Portland in the News: Best Arts District, Blood Moon, Reclaiming Albina & More | February 26, 2026
The ominously titled Blood Moon will make a Pacific Northwest appearance during a lunar eclipse Monday night through early Tuesday morning (weather permitting of course).
USA Today has ranked the Alberta neighborhood as one of the country’s best arts districts.
And 2026 provides at least two opportunities to get naked and protest on a group bike ride.
