Michael Cera Palin is an American emo band from Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 2015, the band currently consists of Elliott Brabant, Jon Williams & Chad Miller. They have performed with Math the Band, Prince Daddy & The Hyena, Mikey Erg, and others.
Aren’t We Amphibians
Aren’t We Amphibians is an emotional rock and roll band from San Diego, California.
Swiss Army Wife
They don’t make ‘em like Swiss Army Wife anymore.
The Portland, Oregon, band’s particular take on emo-heavy on the math riffs, extremely gruff vocally, and fun as hell-might seem quaint in 2022/3, a time when most bands are finding ways to distance themselves as much as possible from the hallmarks of the genre. But the band’s debut full-length, Medium Gnarly, is refreshing in its back-to-basics approach, charming in a way that recalls the scrappy early work of now-iconic groups like You Blew It! or Free Throw.
Saoirse Dream
Hyperpop to the rockers, rock to the hyperpoppers, and god knows what to the general populace, saoirse dream is the project of Portland-based popstar Catherine Egbert. After cutting her teeth in a handful of touring DIY bands, Catherine found a home in the flourishing online hyperpop community. Blending the gritty emo of her roots with the candy-coated electronics of her contemporaries, Egbert has emerged as a cult-beloved star of the scene.
Would love to see these guys live!!!
I don’t know them, but with a name like that, I want to.
dreamy lineup: big fan of michael cera palin, AWA and SAW
MCP gives an incredible live performance! I have seen them once before, but it’s been a couple years and I really really want to see them again. I love that even though they’ve been around for a bit, they’re heavily involved in the emo scene and always platform smaller artists!
I need to sob scream all the words to “If it Makes You Happy” and “Laughing Makes it Worse” for my life to be complete!
I would looooove to see them!!
“Michael Che live? Say less. I need to witness that dry wit and perfectly timed chaos in person!”
I’ve never seen them and would love the opportunity to <3
New to portland and I loooove this band SOOO much. This would be like winning the lottery for real
Yes
