Inside Sales Representative (“Fit Specialist”) – No Cold Calling

You: We’re looking for Fit Specialists who are self-starters, detail oriented, and have an aptitude for learning new software programs. You should thrive on both making the sale and identifying what makes the sale. Job Snapshot: This position involves working with consumers via video call, phone, and email across the US and Canada to help bring comfort and quiet to their homes. No cold-calling is required, as all prospects have expressed interest in the product and reached out to Indow themselves. This is a high lead volume, multi-touch sales position that requires diligence and efficient data logging in our systems in order to keep up with open opportunities.

This position is eligible for full-time remote work for employees residing in Oregon and Washington state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educating customers on Indow products, value, and pricing via meetings and email
  • Meeting and/or surpassing sales and activity goals
  • Responding to incoming product inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Utilizing Salesforce to track all leads
  • Utilizing our custom software to handle product measurements and orders

Primary Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in active listening & asking strategic questions
  • Comfortable video conferencing with prospective customers
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn our proprietary estimating software and customized CRM systems

Education and Experience:

  • Basic sales skills or previous telephone sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required

Compensation:

  • First-year Fit Specialists can expect to earn between $40,000-$55,000 their first year, and between $55,000-$70,000 their second year. Top Fit Specialists earn over $70,000 annually. Total compensation includes an hourly rate, merit-based bonuses and commissions.

  • An initial phone interview with the Director Of Inside Sales to learn more about your work history and career goals
  • A 1×1 interview with a Fit Specialist
  • A group interview and assessment exercise based on typical work for the position
  • A final interview with the Director of Inside Sales
