About the Position
The Showroom Manager is a professional with a strong background in retail luxury and is experienced in retail management or proprietorship, sales, communication, and customer service.  This individual will have a proven track record as a self-starter, energetic, detail-oriented, organized, capable and flexible in handling diverse responsibilities, as well as able to juggle multiple assignments effectively. 

The Showroom Manager provides leadership necessary to achieve projected sales goals, service, merchandise presentation, design excellence, human resources management, and loss prevention.

The Showroom Manager sets and monitors own and staff goals; determines, manages, and delegates showroom priorities; evaluates, coaches, and trains employees.  The Manager is responsible for addressing sub-standard performance and recognizing achievements.

The Showroom Manager upholds all company standards through personal example and professional management.

·         Reports directly to Owner.

·         Available to open and close the store in an effective manner.

·         Manages purchase orders.

·         Updates manufacturer pricelists in a timely manner.

·         Assists with shared daily housekeeping tasks.

·         Coordinates with sales associates/designers with warehouse(s) logistics for prompt and                successful delivery + installation.

·         Ensure inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.

·         Ensure proper merchandising and pricing of products.

·         Plans, organizes, and coordinates sales meetings.

·         Monitor, maintain and follow company policies and procedures.

·         Perform additional managerial duties as necessary and/or requested by the company.

·         Perform all duties of Sales Associates, Interior Designers, Customer Service.

·         Use product information and design knowledge to demonstrate merchandise features and   benefits.

·         Sets a high standard of personal productivity for themselves and the rest of the team.

·         Provides exceptional customer service to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Meet annual Showroom Manager Benchmark by growing store revenue to achieve annual store sale goals.

·         Collaborates with Marketing Designer to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
·         Interviews, hires, and trains sale staff for showroom sales and design positions.

·         Create and nurture a positive team environment and a high level of energy and ambition with design consultants, sales associates, and customer service representative to ensure sales growth.

·         Collaborates with designers and owner on floor merchandising and floor changes.

·         Supervises timecards.

·         Coordinate logistics with warehouse(s) for prompt and successful delivery + installation.

·         Collaborates with EWF Customer Service Representative/ manufacturers to resolve claims to the mutual satisfaction of customer and EWF Modern.

·         Organizes and oversees the work schedules.  

·         Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

·         Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

·         Creates Annual Advertising Budgets.

·         Collaborate with Marketing designer in Asana with weekly meetings to organize sale events, social media, and email campaigns.

·         Develops strategic account plans (e.g., market and competitive analysis, pricing, merchandising strategies and execution, and advertising strategies and execution).

·         Creates showroom furniture plans and showroom vignettes.

·         Rotates showroom quarterly.

·         Supervise designers on floor merchandising and floor changes.

·         Lead, or collaborate, with designers on customer design projects, as necessary, to ensure design follows to a sale and/or completion.

·         Pay: $56,803.00-$59,328 per year

·         Annual Manager Bonus
