The Creative Partnerships Director role is responsible for driving revenue, meeting sales goals and building client relationships at the highest level. You will represent and pitch Marmoset’s growing, independent music roster and catalog with producers, music supervisors, creatives and executives at big brands, broadcast and media networks, studios and creative agencies. The ideal candidate is established and experienced in music licensing sales and partnership development including representing record labels, publishers and/or music licensing catalogs. Basics: You have a strong existing network in Trailers for TV, Film and Video Games. At least 5 years of experience in a sales or biz dev role and a successful track record we can talk about. You work well both independently and collaboratively. Ability to travel, attend a high volume of client meetings and work with a close-knit team is critical.

Personality: You’re a people person, driven by creating and growing relationships. A self-starter with a contagious “can-do” attitude. You welcome criticism, often seek feedback and you embrace accountability. You’re quick to ask for help and also to offer help. Driven by results and purpose.

Abilities: Exceptional at relationships and sales. Creating genuine relationships with clients is paramount to you. You’re a closer. Confident at public speaking, presenting and pitching. Strong, assertive communication. You embrace frequent reporting and accountability. You’re a team player, motivated by helping everyone win.

Experience: At least 5 years experience in a related sales or biz dev role and well-versed in the sync music industry. CRM experience required. You have a deep network and a successful track record we can talk about.

Passion + Purpose: Values matter to you. Equity matters to you. You aspire to make a positive impact in the world. You want to be part of a fun, familial, creative company that cares deeply about community.

Pay: Manager- or Director-level role (DOE) with commensurate compensation + commission.
