The City of Bingen was founded on April 18, 1924. This year in Bingen’s Centennial. Happy 100th Birthday, Bingen! There will be a variety of events going on throughout 2024 to celebrate this tiny-but-might community!

In February, kickoff Bingen’s centennial celebration w/ 50 Photos and 100 Years of Bingen on the Columbia. A reception will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the Sprint Baker Gallery at the White Salmon Valley Community Library, 77 NE Wauna, White Salmon, WA 98672. Join them for food, drink, and comments from local historians and a gallery of 50 historical framed photos of Bingen!

Keep the celebration going on Saturday, April 13, 2024 for a community-wide Birthday Bash! Other events for 2024 include outdoor movies in Daubenspeck Park every Friday night in August, visitors from Bingen am Rhein, Germany at the Huckleberry Festival in September, and more!
