The Cascade Festival of African Films is the longest-running annual, non-profit, non-commercial, largely volunteer-run African Film Festival in the United States.

Films in this festival represent the range of different countries, cultures, and lifestyles, as well as settings from pre-colonial, modern times, rural, and urban spaces. The hope is that through our annual film series, we encourage American viewers to become interested and enrich their lens of African cultures.
