With three decades of Rock Making behind them, The Dandy Warhols are still awing audiences across the globe.
Combining psych-rock, shoegaze, power pop, synth pop, and more with the cheeky detachment of their pop-art namesake, the Dandy Warhols are equally skilled at heady reveries and satirical pop. Early on, they scored hits with ‘Not If You Were the Last Junkieon Earth’ (from their 1997 major-label debut, The Dandy Warhols Come Down) and ‘Bohemian Like You’ (from 2001’s Thirteen Tales from Urban Bohemia), both of which skewered hipster culture with a wit that suggested they were America’s answer to Brit-pop. Later in the 2000s, they dabbled in synth-pop on 2003’s Welcome to the Monkey House and indulged their excesses on 2005’s sprawling Odditorium or Warlords of Mars. Though more restrained efforts such as 2016’s Distortland suggested the Dandy Warhols might be mellowing out in their third decade, 2019’s freewheeling Why You So Crazy proved they were committed to keeping their listeners guessing. 2020’s Tafelmuzik Means More When You’re Alone pushed the envelope even further with nearly four hours of mostly instrumental exploration.
I am a fan, but have never caught them live. Would love to see them!

Longtime fan, including enjoying pre-Dandy Warhols bands some of the members were in. But I haven’t seen them live in YEARS. Would really love to see them live again.

I would love to see this legendary Portland band at the legendary Crystal Ballroom. I had tickets to see them when they were with The Oregon Symphony but I got sick and missed out so this would make up for missing that show. Fingers crossed that I win these tickets.
The Dandy’s complete me and I need to be whole again! 🙏❤️
It’s not Christmas until The Dandy Warhols show happens! Hearing Little Drummer Boy and Hard In For Jesus are holiday classics and pair well with eggnog! Please Santa..would love tickets!

I’ve never heard them, but I’ve definitely heard of them. Also, after all these decades I’ve still never been to the Crystal Ballroom. I need to get my McMenamins passport stamp.
Always looking for great shows to take my son to.
My first concert was the Dandys and would love to reconnect!
Never have gotten to see these guys yet. Still very interested.

I grew up in Portland listening to this iconic band. I have never seen them live and would LOVE to. I’m underemployed and it would be amazing to get free tickets!

I would love to attend this event with my husband.
This would make my holiday season!
Saw The Dandy Warhols in Europe in the late 90s. First and only time. In a small but cool venue with beer-soaked carpets, they gave a performance that lifted the roof. Brilliant. Since moving to Portland, always seem to have missed them due to family/holidays/life. But this year we’re here and we’d love to see them at their 30th anniversary hometown gig, and we’ll bring some European cookies to hand out to all 🙂
Portland treasures!
I mean I have Fri the 13th off so, yes please! Let’s goooo
Can’t pass this up. I would take my mom 🙂
It’s a travesty that we have not seen the DW play! Would love to take my man out to this show!
