Echo and the Bunnymen will celebrate their 40th anniversary by embarking on a North American tour in Summer 2022.
Titled “Celebrating 40 Years of Magical Songs,” the band will play August 31st at Portland’s Roseland Theater.
“I can’t wait for this upcoming tour of America and Toronto. It will be a continuation of the UK tour we did in February/March of this year which was my favourite ever tour,” said frontman Ian McCulloch in a statement. “Some new magical ingredient had been added to the starlight and the moonbeams and the angels and the devils that live inside the songs.”
He added, “I love, and the band love touring around America at any time but the experiences of special night after special night in the UK makes me certain we will take the shows up another level or two in the USA. See you soon.”

As a dancing horse by trade, I believe it is my civic duty to attend and offer my support.
I’ve been a fan since Crocodiles… we’d _love_ to go to this show!!
This would be a dream come true.
Ooh, ooh, ooh!!!
Oh please pick me to win the chance to see Echo & The Bunnymen.
Magical indeed! This would be my ‘Rescue’
Long time fan and have never seen them live. Plus I’m always a fan of Roseland Theater.
Ooooh weeee! Let’s do this!
Would soo love to see these guys!!
Would love to see the show!
So much love and memories for them! Would LOVE to see them live
This band brings back sooo many good memories! I would love to win these tickets!!
My husband just said how much he wanted to go and then we saw it was sold out–this would be the perfect opportunity to take him!
They came out at End Fest a few years ago and were booed off the stage. I would like to see the entire show.
Celebrating 40 years for this 41 year old!! Yes please!
Love this band and have never had a chance to see them. Would love to win!
My favorite hoodie is an Echo & the Bunnymen hoodie, which I would wear to the show, obviously;)
I would really appreciate some free tickets to see Ian’s handsome face. ❤️😍❤️
I really would love to see this show.
Love, Love to Infinity. Would love to see them.
Cool blast from the past. Fingers and toes crossed!
Yes! This is gonna be such a sick concert!
This is awesome!!!!! Gotta see em
I’ve never had an opportunity to see Echo & the Bunnymen live and need to rectify that. I may be one of the few fans who actually appreciated “Reverberation” though (I confess it doesn’t seem quite right to call it an Echo & the Bunnymen without Ian McCulloch on vocals)
What an exciting opportunity!!
I would love tickets!
Bring on the Dancing Horses!!!
Echo and the Bunnymen were the soundtrack of my liberation and painful missteps of early adulthood. Now that I’m sober I want to reconnect
Can I cut the…MUUUSTARD!
This would be amazing to go to! I traveled down to Pasadena for the Cruel World festival in May, where they were supposed to be headlining, then they cancelled the day before the show because of visa issues. I was so disappointed! Hope I win, it would be a dream come true!
I want to hear the intro song to Donnie Darko Live. I’ll even wear a Frank Bunny Suit to the show 🐰
Just turned 39 yesterday and have been listening almost as long 🥰 would be an honor to get to celebrate them later this month
This would be so much fun!
This is a great concert! I’d love to win the tickets. Thx!P
Bring on the dancing horses! Really love this band…
They are awesome live, would love to see them.

I love, love, love Echo and the Bunnymen! It would be amazing the see their 40th anniversary tour–especially because I turned 40 this year. 🙂 I would love to win tickets to the show! Thank you, PDX Pipeline!!
For spouse’s birthday
I bet this would be a night to remember 🎶💋
🌙 Winning these would be a dream come true! 🌙
This would be sweet!
I love their music. I want to attend a concert!
The first time i heard Echo & the B-men, they had yet to release “Lips Like Sugar”. And I was 19 & had yet to set foot in either the UK or Europe. The last time I saw Echo & t.B. (@ Crystal Ballroom), I was soon to land in Europe for the eight time, and it was also the last time I smoked cloves. And while not quite like sugar, i can still taste those cloves on my lips. So who wouldn’t want another taste of these enduring Brit bards?
spare us the cutter!
This would be an amazing birthday gift. I am recovering from an organ transplant and I’m healthy enough to finally go to musical concert again.
Going to this would be very healing for me
Being evicted sucks… how about some tix to ease the pain?
Yes, please!?
Love their stuff. Still holds up.
Yes please- this would be so so fun!
Am I the happy loss?
An 80s gem sugary dark synth-pop dreamy
“under the blue moon” gothic ethereal band,
“the killing time, unwilling mine
Fate through the thick and thin
the sky all hung with jewels, the killing moon”
on the last night of August End of Summer 2022
