Veganizer’s annual Asian heritage event is now bigger than ever! Eat, drink, and shop 50+ AANHPI vendors at the Veganizer Asian Market at the Redd on Salmon.
After several years of hosting Veganizer Asian heritage events as collaborative popups, we’re reimagining this concept as a vegan night market with food, drinks, art, home goods, live entertainment, and much more! Join us as we celebrate and foster community, while highlighting the intersection between Asian culture and veganism, at one of Portland’s most iconic venues.
This event brings over 50 small businesses who identify as Asian (Central, East, Southeast, South, West), Pacific Islander, or Native Hawaiian together in one community space. A portion of market sales will benefit APANO, one of Oregon’s longest-standing Asian grassroots advocacy organizations, and its political, social, economic and cultural work.

I grew up in an Asian American household in a conservative town where I didn’t learn about vegetarianism until I was much older, even though I ate a lot of tofu (with meat)! Now, as a vegan and AAPI in Portland, I love knowing that there are people just like me who celebrate their heritage and cultural foods while living plant-based for a variety of reasons! I would love to attend this event and see other like minded people and businesses!
would love to check it out!
