Rose City Reads is a community hub in East Portland’s Hazelwood neighborhood, known for offering affordable, premium, gently-used books—most priced between $2 and $6. Proceeds benefit the Multnomah County Library through the Friends of the Multnomah County Library, established in 1972. Over the past two years, Rose City Reads has generated more than $500,000 in sales, rehoming 128,000 books and 23,000 media items.
