I would love to take my mother to the Pittock Mansion as she doesn’t go out much now that she has retired. Before she retired, she used to worked every day just to support the family and would always come back home exhausted. Now that I have the chance, I would like to reward her for all the hard work she went through to take care of all of us. This would be a great way to start.

My mother-in-law has been in and out of the hospital the last 3 years. She had recovered enough that she thought she would be able to come see us last year but then ended up needing another emergency surgery and had to cancel. This year is the winner! She’s home and regained most of her strength. She and my father-in-law fly in on 12/18 and stay for 2 weeks. My husband and kids are so excited. I’d love to take them to as many fun holiday things as we can to celebrate. I know she’d love to see the Pittock Mansion all decorated. Thank you for considering our family.

This has been one of the worst years of my life, losing my mom at 59 unexpectedly. I’m also 8 months pregnant with my 2nd. My first born loves Christmas.
