Bûche de Noël

Go traditional or spice things up with one of Pix’s modern versions. All bûche de noël just happen to be gluten free!

Sicilian – Cannoli filling, kirsch cherries, chocolate mousse and chocolate flourless sponge cake.

Bûche Traditional – A classic resembling the yule log – chocolate flourless cake rolled up with your choice of cream. HAZELNUT or FLEUR DE SEL CARAMEL

Chocolate Port Fig – Shiny glazed chocolate mousse, port-soaked figs, salted marcona almonds, chocolate ganache and chocolate cake.
