With the latest Stay Home, Save Lives order from Oregon Governor Kate Brown, many (locals) are looking for new and exciting to-go food options in the Portland area. Cornell Farm Cafe is very excited to announce a menu of fresh-made, heat-at-home, “sophisticated home cooking” dinners that are now available for pick-up.
Selections such as Roasted Chicken (complete with a whole herbed chicken, spring vegetables, mashed potatoes, and smokey gravy) and Braised Beef on polenta with spring veggies, are two of the farm to table, scratch-made meals that Chef Daniel has crafted to start this new service. They come in foil with instructions for oven reheating. Wine and beer, and selections of cookies made fresh daily in our bakery are also on the menu.
Taste trials had reactions like: “Food has never tasted this amazingly perfect!”
