Big Feelings Baby is a one-hour solo (ish) storytelling show about finding your inner howl and the courage to let it out. Set in the Mississippi woods, the story follows a shirtless, barefoot tomboy whose first companions are squirrels and her loud, feral grandmother who lives up the road. Their bond runs deeper than language, rooted in love bigger than the sky, humor, and a refusal to be tamed.
That world is upended when she is sent away one summer and comes face to face with how different she is from other girls—and how those differences are things to hide and quiet. When she returns home, both her inner and outer worlds are irrevocably changed. Through love, life, and the loss of her beloved grandmother, she learns that big feelings must be released—one howl at a time. Only then can you find not just your pack, but yourself.
Love the stories I’ve seen Ash tell at other shows. This would be very fun!
Thanks Jason! I am SO excited for this show–it’s going to be unlike anything I’ve done before!

I love live storytelling and would love to take my partner to this.
Sounds great, yes please
Definitely curious about events like these in my neighborhood!
This looks like it will be an amazing night of fascinating tales! Thank you for the chance to win!
Great idea, super fun! Choose me please!
want to go
I went to see Ash Allen a month ago for her fundraising show. She is AMAZING!
My oldest daughter just got married, so I am a little low on fundage, but could still use a good laugh.
I was Shoeless in Alaska…pretty sure boobs were a plot to ruin my wild nature. Running from moose and crawling into bed with my grandma to stay warm and feel normal. Seems you may be my doppleganger.. tickets to hear your mysterious wild nature would be perfect.
