The Portland Guadalajara Sister City Association (PGSCA) invites you to the 39th Annual Portland Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, a celebration of Mexican culture, music, and cuisine at the scenic Tom McCall Waterfront Park. This bilingual festival is Oregon’s largest multicultural event, open daily with special attractions and performances.
