The Portland Art Museum is the place to be on New Year’s Eve. Glamorous partygoers will be dressed in their best enjoying 12 convenient bars, 3 dance floors, live music, DJs, food, and The Rose City’s most exciting countdown to 2024, featuring confetti canons, party favors, champagne toast, and massive balloons drop at midnight.
