We’re welcoming back Chef Connor Gallaher of Urdaneta with more of his unique and exciting New Mexican-inspired cuisine! Enjoy an a la carte menu and featuring items such as a lime yogurt parfait with coconut pecan red chile granola, egg scramble on toast with sheep’s goat cheese and green chile, little gem lettuces with ramp dressing and sourdough croutons, and a red chile Carne Adovada with avocado, crema and fresh tortilla.
