Have you had a chance to experience life on board the Titanic? OMSI’s current feature exhibit, TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition, is a unique opportunity in Portland to explore one of history’s most unforgettable voyages. Featuring more than 100 authentic artifacts recovered from the ocean floor, the exhibition immerses visitors in the innovation, ambition, and tragedy of Titanic’s first and final journey.
Step back in time to April 1912 and assume the role of a passenger aboard the Ship. Experience cinematic visuals and audio reenactments that recreate the Ship’s grandeur and tragic end through the voices of passengers and crew. Personal items offer a powerful connection to the people whose stories continue to resonate more than a century later. See recreations of passengers’ accommodations, feel the icy temperature of the North Atlantic waters, and learn the fate of individuals who sailed on the Ship. An optional VR tour reveals historically accurate views of previously unseen areas of the Ship, and audio guides are available in multiple languages to enhance the visitor’s experience through reenactments based on stories from passengers and crew.
Designed for curious minds of all ages, TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition is both educational and deeply moving. Whether you are discovering the story for the first time or fulfilling a lifelong fascination, this unforgettable experience showcases the people, history, and legacy of the Titanic. Don’t miss it at OMSI!

I have been obsessed with the Titanic since I first saw the movie as a kid. I checked out the Titanic books so much at my elementary school library the librarian ordered more just for me. I can recite the movie backwards and WOULD LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THIS BEAUTIFUL EXHIBIT
That would be absolutely fascinating! Free Tickets please!
Jack, I’m flying!
Interested!
Yes! It’s on my summer bucket list to visit this exhibit 🙂
I’d love to see all the artifacts!
I would love the opportunity to immerse myself in this exhibit by seeing the recovered items, reading the passengers’ stories, and experiencing what life was like at sea for the four days Titanic sailed before she met her fate.
never been to omsi!
I would love to experience this exhibit through my son’s eyes. He is absolutely fascinated by the Titanic—he talks about it constantly and even spends his time playing two Titanic games: one where he builds the ship and another where he tries to save the passengers and crew. 🚢❤️ Seeing the recovered artifacts, discovering the real passengers’ stories, and imagining what life was like during Titanic’s four days at sea would make the history he is so fascinated by come alive. Winning these tickets would be an unforgettable surprise for him—and such a special memory for us to share together.
Pick me please
Would love to see this exhibit!
I would LOVE to go😭❤️🚢
My wife is obsessed with the history of the Titanic. I’d take her for our anniversary date.
My dad is turning 70 in a couple of months and him and my mom are coming to visit me in Oregon! He is a die hard titanic fan!! He’d be sooo happy. Would love for my husband and I to bring him! We’d have such a special time!
To ‘go back in time’ to see, hear, touch, and learn about life during the turn of the century is the dream of every history and genealogy fan. What an amazing experience.
Fascinating!!!
Oooooohhhh….this would be sweeeetttt to check out!!!
Would love to go to this exhibit!
Titanic Artifacts…How Cool Is THIS!
I wanna see Rose’s locket!!
What a great history experience! Thank you!
Would love to take mom for her birthday.:)
It’s been a rough past four years. A friend died. My mom was diagnosed with dementia. Then my partner of 10 years died. I became my intellectually disabled sister’s legal guardian and have been living off my vast inheritance (ha) since mom died a week before I was married. Lots of change. It would be so nice to take a break and enjoy artifacts from a tragic mass casualty event before my parents were born. As a history major, this obviously fascinates me. As a former Catholic, death fascinates me. Oh — and I’ve never seen “Titanic” with Leo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, although I do know some people thought she looked “fat,” which is just insane. Being up close and personal with the ship’s personal treasures would be a treat and it might (might) convince me to watch the movie. Or not. Shall we find out?
I would so love to bring my daughter to this exhibit! Count me in!!
Please let me go.
I’d love to take my kid to see this!

It’s been 84 years and I can still smell the fresh paint!!!
Sounds great!
Winning two tickets to the OMSI Titanic exhibit would be an unforgettable opportunity to step beyond the story I’ve loved on screen and experience history in a much more personal way. The movie Titanic first sparked my fascination with the ship—its grandeur, the people aboard, and the tragedy that continues to resonate more than a century later. Seeing authentic historical artifacts would bring that story to life in a way no film ever could.
I think it would be fascinating to see this historic exhibit and awesome to get free tickets to boot!
I’d love to take my son! He loves OMSI, and this would be such a great exhibit.
I would love to go!!!
My Sister would love this, we’d have a wonderful time!
This looks fun and educational! Great date night.
What an incredible opportunity to get to (safely) witness firsthand the artifacts and experience the stories surrounding such a tragic event. It would certainly be an experience of a lifetime.
Would love to see this exhibit! I wasn’t allowed to watch the movie as a youth, so I didn’t dive into the world of Titanic until I was much older, decades later. Also, kind of random, if you are a data science student there is a titanic dataset that online programs like to use as a project example. This happened when I took some courses a few years ago. I’ve analyzed the data but would love to see the artifacts in person 🙂
This sounds downright fascinating! I would love to see this exhibition.
This would be a great opportunity to take the family out for a visit!

I have a 4th grader who has recently become interested in the story of the Titanic and the artifacts that were left behind. She would love to see the exhibit at Omsi and I would love to take her! 🚢
History was my favorite subject in school, best vacation ever was my going to South Dakota, Montana and seeing where history was made, went to Chicago to see where Valentine’s Day massacre happened, there nothing there,it a parking lot, in Deadwood, went to a cemetery to see wild Bill Hickock’s grave, found out Potato Creek Johnny is buried close by,went to Crown Point Indiana last and stood in the very jail cell where he escaped from,
I haven’t been to OMSI in probably 15 years now. I have two little nephews that are full of ambition to learn about the world and all the whats, whys, and hows. I remember OMSI being a wonderful new world for me as a kid to create, ask questions, and experience interesting things. What better day is there than one to be able to see that same spark of curiosity in the young minds of my nephews. I would be honored to get the opportunity for a fun family day!
I’d love to go down with this ship!

I’ve heard such amazing things. Would love to go!
I would love to take my husband for a retirement date!
My husband and I visited the cemetery in Halifax of some the Titanic victims some years ago and would like to make a connection to some of victims with items they would have seen or had on that fateful cruise. It’s probably the most famous maritime disaster if not the most famous any type of disaster in history. I hope one day to make it to Belfast to see the starting point of the Titanic, but seeing this exhibition would be very educational and emotional to say the least.
My husband loves watching the Titanic documentaries – would love to take him on a date to this.
Please would love to see
I would enjoy this!

I have been researching some date night ideas to do with my Fiancé, who has never been to OMSI. The history of this event is fascinating and being able to attend in person to be immersed in the presence of information and artifacts surrounding the Titanic would be educational and enjoyable. It would be a great experience to share together to have an adventure of exploring OMSI for him for the first time, while also being able to enjoy the learning, activities, and exhibits being shown! I have been to a couple of the OMSI exhibits in the past, which are just very well thought out and presented, so I know this will be a great exhibit and would love to win some free tickets to attend!
