EVERY SINGLE TIME Floater plays it’s an INSANE show! I saw them once before and it was the ENTIRE Animals album by Pink Floyd. If you’re wondering why I had so many things in caps it’s because it was INSANE haha. Seriously, though….sooooooo sick
I’d love to see Floater bring their powerful live show to the Crystal Ballroom—an unforgettable night in the perfect Portland venue!
I remember sitting in my car, alone in the woods, blasting the song Cinema…or was I in the movie Event Horizon? It was dark, it was both. And that’s why I’d love to see Floater live!
I have been a dedicated fan of Floater since the age of 14, and each performance I have attended has consistently exceeded my expectations. Witnessing your remarkable talent and the vibrant energy of the audience, you truly captivate the venue. Last year, I had the pleasure of bringing my children to your Halloween show in P-Town. It was their inaugural concert experience, and they have since become enthusiastic Floater fans! I would be delighted to receive two tickets for my husband and me.

I have seen Floater countless times, and their shows NEVER cease to amaze me! I’ve been to going to see them since the late 90’s, at a small community center in Post Falls Idaho. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting all the guys, except the new drummer. Unfortunately, I haven’t been to a show in 9 years. I WOULD LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THEN AGAIN!!!

I have seen Floater many times over the past 30 years, including Chico, Seattle, Tacoma…but never the classic Crystal Ballroom. One BIG problem now, I live in Missouri. I am going to fly out for this event, and would love to connect with some old friends for this LEGENDARY SHOW!

Oh please please please. I’ve been listening to them since I was a kid, and have been vying for tickets for this show but am a super broke hard working small biz owner. I tried to go last year n an abusive ex made the night absolutely miserable. I want to rewrite with positive memories so badly!

They haven’t been down in southern oregon for so long that i realize i need to go to them. I used to enjoy seeing them once or twice a year, but they dont play here any more and its been years. They were my kids first concert. I would love to see them again.

Floater is one of my favorite groups. I saw them play downtown Bend when they were just starting. I would to see them play in the Crystal Ballroom again. Best place to see a show!
I’ve loved Floater for years, and my fiancee loves them as well. They were his first concert, and we have never seen them live together. We are getting married on October 13th and hoping they will be our first concert together as newlyweds!
One of the best live shows in the PNW, everyone if friendly and always inviting. Ot really is a special experience that I cherish and look forward to seeing them perform.

I’ve been listening to Floater since I was 18, which is 30 years ago now. They used to hang out at my local, Vic’s and we became drinking acquaintances; I never told them how much I loved their band at first because I was trying to seem cool. I dunno if it worked but they kept drinking with me!

Floater’s music has been the soundtrack to my life since I was about 15. I’m 43 now. They are like no other. We’ve passed the love of floater to our 3 kids. It’s been a struggle to see them since we moved up to the Spokane area but we’ve seen them twice there. We’ve never been to a Halloween show. It’s on my bucket list lol if there’s someone more deserving that’s ok. Happy to have a chance.
From the time I was 14 I never missed a Central oregon floater concert after my best friend (still my best friend) introduced me to them. Now I’m 30, and I’ve introduced my teenager to them too. I love how there’s a song for everyone. So many different styles and emotions all in one song.
Just like everyone else, I have core memories of seeing floater with my dad when I was in middle school. My dad and I are very close and we haven’t been to a floater show in years, it would be awesome to see them again!
First saw Floater in 2005 & had my hair blown back. Been to dozens of shows in the willamette valley since then & have even rang in the New Year w/ them a couple of times. My experiences seeing them live have all been unforgettable & their music is the shit. I’d love to see Rob break out the Dork bass & a screwdriver one more time! RIP Pete 🙁

My mom took me to my first floater concert as a high school graduation gift AND IT WAS THE BEST !! It was my second time seeing them in concert and I’ve been getting tickets to shows when they come to Portand or Eugene if I want to make a fun road trip
Have seen Floater more than any other band since 1998, but haven’t seen them in years! Would love to catch up and see a show!!
My first Floater show was in Eugene back in 1997. My friend took me for the first time. And many times after that. This was the first real Rock show I had ever been to. Mosh pit at all. I went into a trance. The music send me to this state of inner peace of which I hadn’t experienced before. Every time I have gone to a Floater show since, I made a new friend, heard a new favorite song, and come out a better person than I was before.
Floater is an experience! And even if I don’t win, I think whoever gets this will be blessed.
I remember running into Pete (rip) a few times. One when I was working at The Drum Shop in Portland. One time I was at OSU, and Pete was knocking on the door. I was in shock. Starstruck. Took me a second to realize that the door was locked lol. I promptly opened the door. And he was just his chill self like thanks dude.
Another time, I was at the Wow Hall and Rob was walking up. He said hi and I said hi. But I was just in awe.
These guys were the soundtrack of my youth.
I haven’t been to any shows in quite some time. I did see Dramatica, and one of Rob’s solo sets a few years back.
Now as a middle aged man I look back fondly at my time sharing my experience with these awesome folks!
