Proposal Specialist

Mackenzie is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and personable proposal specialist and marketing coordinator. Tasks will include coordination and production of competitive architecture/engineering proposals; graphic layout; copy editing and proofreading; and data organization.

Successful candidates will be:

• 3-10 years into their careers, with experience responding to formal RFPs;
• Skilled interpersonal communicators;
• Self-motivated and highly organized;
• Highly proficient in InDesign;
• Comfortable with a fast-paced workplace and multiple deadlines;
• Easy to get along with and eager to learn;
• Interested, or have a background, in the AE industry.

Please provide portfolio/ work sample demonstrating InDesign work, copy editing and writing, and proficiency in following brand standards.

Salary Range: $63,500 to $78,000

At Mackenzie, we work a hybrid office schedule; all staff work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with an option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
