There is a full-service bar and bistro menu available for purchases on board. Fun, flirty or frightening, come aboard in your best costume and join the costume contest with prizes for the top three costumes worth hundreds of dollars.

• No outside alcohol or food permitted.
• Attendees required to adhere to Portland Spirit Dress Policy & Bag Policy
• Wheelchair accessible on 1st level only; DJ located on 2nd level
• This is a non-smoking cruise

Halloween Dress Code:
• No weapons, knives, guns, swords, etc. (real or fake).
• Masks must be easily removable.
• Valid picture ID required; must be able to compare with guest.
• Bag searches will be conducted.
• Management has the discretion to turn away anybody because of inappropriate/offensive costume, attitude or over-intoxication.
