TREW Gear is a Portland-based outerwear company. We make technical ski apparel that performs in the backcountry and doesn’t take itself too seriously. We’re a small team that punches above our weight, and we’re looking for someone to help us tell our story.

The Role

TREW Gear is now hiring a seasonal part-time Customer Support and Operations person to work out of our HQ space in Portland, OR from October 1, 2026 through Spring 2027! We are looking for someone who is passionate about skiing and snowboarding, loves the TREW product, is stoked to connect with our community, and able to be in our HQ 2-3 days a week.

You will be part of the front-line team working in our support software to help customers with general inquiries, orders, returns, and quotes on Afterlife trade-in products, as well as, working at our HQ in-person on customer service needs like processing warranties and Afterlife gear, inspecting items, shipping packages, picking up/dropping off product at our warehouse in North Portland, or working with customers that come by HQ to try-on product or drop off warranties and returns.

The Details

Compensation: Part-time hours leave flexibility to go skiing or riding on a mid-week pow day! You will gain access to deep product discounts from TREW and other awesome outdoor brands. You will get a TREW kit of your choosing after 4-months of work. Pay is $20/hr

Details: This is a part-time seasonal 20/hrs a week position from October 1, 2026 through either March or April 2027 (depending on how busy we are in the Spring). The role is in-person at TREW HQ in Portland, OR. Virtual weekend and holiday work is required during our busy times to make sure we can keep up with our customer needs when the snow is falling!
