We’re looking for a high-energy Digital Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok to join the 1985 Games team!

You’ll be the person feeding the algorithm with fast, scroll-stopping, platform-native video that turns TTRPG fans into buyers. Think mystery dice unboxings, terrain flexes, journal reveals, sharp-edge close-ups, and live energy that makes people hit “Add to Cart” mid-scroll. If you get the culture of D&D, Pathfinder, and tabletop nerds who lose their minds over a perfect d20, this is your spot.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-frequency, high-impact short-form TikTok content focused on 1985 Games products: mystery dice packs, premium/resin sets, Dungeon Craft terrain, Hero Journals, pins, limited drops and more.
Shoot and edit primarily on phone or lightweight gear with quick turnarounds: no overthinking, pure platform energy
Produce TikTok Shop-optimized video (product demos, unboxings, “what’s in the pack,” aesthetic ASMR-style rolls, before/after terrain builds) designed to drive conversions
Host regular TikTok LIVE streams: product launches, mystery dice openings, community Q&A, limited drops, and live shopping sessions that convert viewers into customers
Stay deep in TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and memes, then adapt them specifically for the TTRPG and dice-collector audience
Develop and execute original content ideas that highlight the collectible, tactile, and “ripped from the 80s” vibe of 1985 Games products
Collaborate on content calendars that support TikTok Shop GMV goals while building brand love in the tabletop community
Capture lighting, composition, and motion that make dice and terrain look irresistible on vertical video
Qualifications

Genuine passion for TikTok, creator culture, and gaming
Hungry, hard-working mindset – ready to grind, experiment, and ship content consistently
Strong understanding of current TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, with the ability to adapt them quickly
Natural visual eye and feel for composition, pacing, and what looks good on vertical video
Comfortable shooting and editing on phone or with basic tools (CapCut, Canva, native TikTok editor, etc.)
Open to using AI tools to speed up editing, generate ideas, or enhance visuals
Excited to be on camera and host LIVEs with energy and authenticity
Bonus if you already roll dice or know your way around a character sheet, but not required

Full time $25 – 35 /hr plus health / dental insurance after 60 days
