There are more than 2.6 million Black owned businesses in the US that generate $150 Billion in revenue. In Portland, Black owned businesses can be found in business districts City wide offering everything from critically acclaimed food to passionate professional services. Celebrate National Black Business Month by supporting these Portland businesses.
- Alberta: Fuel Café serves modern comfort food with a focus on organic ingredients; Green Muse is a dispensary influenced by art, science, music, sports and fashion.
- 82nd Avenue: Catfish Lane serves scratch-made Louisiana-style cuisine; TCC & Associates performs civil engineering, surveying, land development planning and construction management; Diamond in the Rough Hair Spa specializes in natural hair and organic, hand crafted hair care products.
- Division/Clinton: Barbershop Worldwide provides consistent quality haircuts for all textures of hair and hairstyles; Bete Lukas and Abyssinian Kitchen both serve Ethiopian cuisine including salad, tibs, alicha, vegetarian dishes, and sambusas.
