The NW Natural Street of Dreams®—a signature summer event produced by the Home Building Association of Greater Portland (HBA)—returns July 31–August 24, 2025. Spanning four extended weekends (Thursdays–Sundays), the 2025 show features a dynamic mix of luxury, innovation, and housing diversity, reflecting the evolving dream of home.
Following the success of the ON TOUR format introduced in 2024, the event once again showcases over a dozen exceptional homes across the Portland metro area, from Northeast Portland to Forest Grove. For 2025, Street of Dreams also brings back its beloved single-site experience, with two extraordinary 7,000+ sq. ft. homes at Oswego Reserve in Lake Oswego, built by Elite Homes LLC and Red Hills Land & Design.
As the show approaches its 50th anniversary, the Home Building Association of Greater Portland (HBA) is expanding the concept of what a “dream home” means. Visitors will experience a wide range of home styles and price points—including luxury estates, Lake Oswego townhomes, cottage clusters, middle housing, and even innovative homes built from recycled shipping containers.
This year’s featured builders include:
Single-site at Oswego Reserve – Elite Homes and Red Hills Land & Design
ON TOUR homes – Elite Homes (2nd location), Renaissance Homes, Exceptional Homes by Andre, Monogram Custom Homes, Stone Bridge Homes NW, Kalen Development, Dez Development, The Portlock Company and Koval Holdings.
Special Features – Middle housing by Aker Development and Dez Development; shipping container homes by Relevant Buildings (Oregon City)
Each ticket provides one-time access to every home on tour and can be used across multiple days. $1 from each ticket supports the Home Building Foundation, a nonprofit advancing shelter, workforce development, and construction scholarships across our region.
