The Position: Cascadia Partners seeks an Office Administrator and Marketing Coordinator with bookkeeping experience (Quickbooks), and the ability to manage meeting and travel logistics, coordinate competitive bid pursuits, and execute office administrative tasks for our small firm.  This is a salaried, part-time position (18 hours per week). In-person, fully remote, and hybrid arrangements available.

Our Work: Cascadia Partners is a fast-growing, diverse, and multidisciplinary urban planning and real estate services firm headquartered in Portland, OR, with staff located in Oregon, California, Colorado, and Kentucky. We work on 20-30 projects across the country ranging from large-scale development master plans, mission-driven public-private real estate developments, housing policy, and zoning code analysis. We have a focus on actionable plans that get built and solutions rooted in equitable community engagement.

Experience & Work Ethic Desired

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping and/or office administration experience required
  • Strong graphic communication skills – experience with Adobe Creative Suite strongly desired
  • Interest in real estate development and/or urban planning a plus
  • Team player with an eagerness to dive in, collaborate, learn, and grow
  • People-person capable of interacting with subcontractors and clients

Technical Skillsets

  • Quickbooks (accounting) – Required
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (document layout)

Compensation, Benefits, Vacation

  • Salaried, part-time position of $37,500 per year (equates to $40/hour at 18 hours per week)

  • 2 weeks starting paid vacation (1 additional week per year; 4 weeks max), 4 weeks parental leave, up to 15 paid holidays
