Career Growth

For folks with the right interest and aptitude, there are a multitude of career paths at Axiom. The teams outside CNC include account managers, designers, engineers, project managers, and operations/purchasing. If you want to take what you learned about parts into fabrication, you could become a builder in wood fab or a metal fabricator. If you are keen on learning Sketchup or SolidWorks, you could become a Designer or Engineer. If you enjoy the idea of working with accounts to direct production you might be interested in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role. Axiom’s PMs manage all aspects of a project through budgeting, engineering, procurement, fabrication, pack-out, installation/strike, and closeout. Or perhaps you are interested in Account Management. The AM is responsible for client success, client growth, and maintaining and developing relationships that are consistent with Axiom’s business plan, heritage, capabilities, and creative goals.
