April 28 @ Pix Patisserie – This classic, versatile dough is the base of many traditional French pastries. A perfect pâte à choux involves proper cooking on the stove, piping technique and correct baking. Once we have our dough we will use it to make three different desserts.
April 5-7 @ Portland Expo Center – This is the original Portland Swap Meet hosted annually by six Portland Oregon area antique car clubs. The Portland Swap Meet is the largest auto parts swap meet on the West Coast with approximately 3,400 vendor stalls and over 35,000 shoppers each April at the Portland Expo Center.
