Cascade Ballroom at the Oregon Zoo
4001 Southwest Canyon Road, Portland, OR 97221

Bring your cushions for floor seating and join us for one of two 45-minute Cushion Concerts, conducted by Inés Voglar Belgique. Families are invited to bring their little ones (recommended ages 2-8). Each program will include instrument demonstrations, a Q & A, and PYP’s Instrument Petting Zoo sponsored by Kennedy Violins.

INSTRUMENT PETTING ZOO
Families can arrive a half-hour before each performance to walk their children through PYP and Kennedy Violins’ Instrument Petting Zoo. Here, children may try violins, cellos, and other instruments in the string family, while having the opportunity to meet and interact with PYP musicians.

THE OREGON ZOO
This Cascade Ballroom is at the Oregon Zoo between the ticket booths and the main entrance of the zoo. You will not be required to purchase tickets into the zoo to attend this performance.

Possibly the pot at the end of the rainbow, my little leprechaun would enjoy this.

I’d love to take my 6 year old daughter. She’s learning to play the violin. Seeing other kiddos perform will definitely inspire her in continuing to practice and learn.

    Thanks,
    Mike
