October 27: St Johns Halloween Trick or Treat | Portland, Free (1-3 p.m.)
It’s time for the annual St. Johns Trick-or-Treat event in downtown St. Johns. Dress up, bring the whole family and trick-or-treat your way through the downtown businesses. Participating businesses will have balloons outside their shops! Click here for more info.
October 27: Halloween Trick or Treat Rooms @ Tigard High School | Tigard, Free (5-7 p.m.)
The community is invited to join us for our annual Halloween Rooms! This free trick or treat event for kids has rooms decorated for every age group. Click here for more info.
October 27: Trick or Treat in Downtown Milwaukie | Milwaukie, Free (2-5 p.m.)
It is our annual Trick or Treat Event in Downtown Milwaukie-visit the participating businesses who are handing out “treats” to the kiddos — come dressed in your costume! October 27: Trick or Treat on the Streets of Tanasbourne | Hillsboro, Free (1-3 p.m.)
Gussy up your children in their cutest costumes and Trick or Treat at The Streets of Tanasbourne! Come for a fun, safe, family environment. Children ages 12 and under. Click here for more info.
October 27: Tombstone Trick or Treat! @ Lone Fir Cemetery | SE Portland, Free (Noon-3p)
Tombstone Trick or Treat is a free, family-friendly Halloween trick-or-treat party hosted by Friends of Lone Fir Cemetery and featuring some of Lone Fir’s most prominent ghosts. On Saturday, October 27th from 12 to 3 in the afternoon, the cemetery’s gates will be flung wide for guests to wander the grounds and mingle with historic Portland spirits who have made impressive — and sometimes unusual — contributions to our community. The ghosts will hand out candy, chat about their lives, and give autographs to kids (under 18 years old). Click here for more info.
October 27-28: Howloween at the Zoo | Free w/ Zoo Admission (9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
The zoo provides a fun and safe setting for this Halloween tradition, where costumed trick-or-treaters learn about wildlife in a fun scavenger hunt throughout the zoo. Howloween runs from 10 a.m. -3 p.m., and is best suited for kids ages 2-12. Free with zoo admission. Click here for more info.
October 31: Safe n Sane Halloween | Hillsboro, Free (4-6 p.m.)
A tradition for more than 30 years, children in costumes trick or treat at the businesses of Downtown Hillsboro. This event is a gift to the families in our community, from the businesses. The route is one block in each direction from the intersection of Main Street and 3rd Avenue.Click here for more info.

October 28: Not So Scary Halloween @ Portland Children’s Museum | Portland, (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

Calling all vampires, witches, superheroes and unicorns! Mississippi Avenue and the Williams-Vancouver Business District are teaming up to present an afternoon of TRICK-or-TREATING FUN! All along N. Mississippi Ave and Williams Ave in Northeast Portland, look for black and orange balloons outside participating businesses and bring us your best spooky looks for all the candy you can eat! Come down to Main Street to Trick or Treat this Halloween! Join your friends and gather your family for an eerily good time in Downtown Oregon City. This annual event brings several hundred kids and their parents downtown for an evening of fun as kids are invited to trick or treat down Main Street at participating businesses. Alberta Street businesses with Trick or Treat Alberta Street posters on display will be providing treats to costumed children as they trick or treat up and down NE Alberta Street. Join us for our annual Trick-or-Treat in the Village! The event will start at 3:00P.M. at Bethany Athletic Club and end at 5:00P.M. at Laurel Parc at Bethany Village. We will post a list of participating tenants and a map for the route on Halloween week! October 31: Main Street Trick or Treat | Tigard, Free (4-6 p.m.)
Trick or Treaters and their families are invited to join downtown merchants and others for this fun event. The Trick or Treating zone extends from North Main by Rite Aid/Value Village, all the way south towards Main Street Village. October 31: Fremont Fright Fest | NE Portland, 4-8 p.m.
Trick or treat 40 businesses on Fremont Street between 4 and 6pm on Halloween. Then step into the haunted house from 6 to 8pm — If you dare!
