I’m a musical theatre major, and my sweetie and I can’t think of a better way to spend this holiday than as part of the magic of live theatre!

i’ve had my share of valentine’s poor judgment, having married on that day and now divorced. will comfort me to find others who’ve made similar (or not so similar) egregious errors.

My partner & I, long after becoming disillusioned about any prospect for intense head-over-heels love, fell head over heels in love. If it compares to anything at all, it only compares to my first love ever at age 19 (I’m 50 now). For her, it’s entirely new, though she too has been in love before a number of times (she’s 40). So on our first Valentine’s Day, this would be a terrific event to attend together. But alas, I’m on a tight budget, doing public interest work…

My partner and I are trying to figure out what to do for our first Valentine’s weekend! This is something that we would both enjoy very much :)

On national singles awareness day it would be great to be in the company of others sharing good times and laughter and not feel alone. I would invite another one of my single friends so they too could have fun and not feel alone. It’s a win win!

This will be my first Valentine’s Day post- divorce, with a man who has truly changed my idea of love! We aren’t much for commercial holidays, but sharing story and laughter sounds right up our ally. We write collaborative stories together. Would love to surprise him with tickets!

My partner and I recently got married even though we have an amazing 7 year old. We are both in school to be educators. So needless to say we don’t get many evenings away especially romantic ones with our busy schedules and lack of funds. We met in Portland however both originally from Chicago and I feel this would be an amazing opportunity to show her a night of fun and romance. I don’t normally get to express.
