Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings offers the best of Forever Plaid tied-up in a nifty package with a big Christmas bow on top! Filled with Christmas standards that have all been “Plaid-erized,” our boys are back to do their Christmas Special.

At first Francis, Jinx, Smudge, and Sparky aren’t sure why they’ve returned to Earth for another posthumous performance, but a phone call from the heavenly Rosemary Clooney lets them know that they’re needed to put a little harmony into a discordant world. Sprinkled among the Christmas offerings are audience favorites like their riotous three minute and eleven second version of The Ed Sullivan Show – this time featuring the Rockettes, the Chipmunks and The Vienna Boys Choir, and a Plaid Caribbean Christmas which puts the “Day-O” in Excelsis!

This truly “heaven-sent” holiday treat will lift audiences’ spirits and fill them with nostalgia for a bygone era of classic music sung in perfect harmony.

PDX Pipeline, I NEED some humor, Harmony, and a posthumous phone call from the heavenly Rosemary Clooney, but most importantly I really want to have a Plaid Caribbean Christmas! I will wear plaid? I love plaid. I love plaid tidings. I love tidings. Actually Prefer Stumptown stages, too. I fit in I get this feeling…..I will be Forever Plaid! I know why these plaid characters, have returned to earth, to perform for us and so we can WIN big at this! thanks to you PDX Pipeline for lifting the spirits of some downtrodden voters! Bring some holiday spirit and love to all of us in this plaid world we live in!
I have seen some of the characters before, but not all of them. These, this time featuring the Rockettes, the Chipmunks and The Vienna Boys Choir, and a Plaid Caribbean Christmas which puts the “Day-O” in Excelsis is a definite SHOW stopper! I will either be laughing, crying, or wanting to jump up and down in joy. Please pick me and my boring husband so we can get out of this cold cold house!

“Forever Plaid”, in many ways, is the reason I became a Theatre Arts teacher. I would love to revisit the foursome!
