I LOVE Ian Karmel, I love stand-up, and I’ve been unemployed and looking for a job for 5 months now, so a night of laughs (for free!) instead of pouring over job postings and eventually eating my keyboard in frustration sounds like a real treat.

      Great comedian!

  2. Andy August 8, 2016 at 12:14 pm #

That’s the day I was born, but a lot of years later! Plus I’ve liked Ian since his days as a Helium opener. He’s a funny comic. Good at jokes. I even know his dad’s name.

I’d like to attend because my life is a joke. Not a funny-haha joke, but a pathetic and depressing joke. Seeing a comedian would (in theory) make me laugh. Therefore, receiving these tickets would give my pathetic life some joy.

I’d like to attend because Ian is an adorable cherub straight from heaven and I need some of his magical sass.

  5. Dusty August 8, 2016 at 1:33 pm #

I want to see Ian because his album last year was hilarious and I’m excited to hear the new stuff he’s been working on. Plus I assume all the Blazers will turn out to support their biggest fan. Pun intended.

I love concerts at Revolution Hall but I haven’t seen any comedy acts there. Ian Karmel can introduce me to what I’ve been missing.

Because he’s my favorite PortlandIAN comic named like a British bonbon. Plus rooftops are uber sexy.

We just moved to Portland, and the first thing we did was go to Revolution Hall to see Buckethead a few weeks ago. So, since i already know my way there and where the parking is, it seems like a no-brainer.

I would like to win because I’m so broke I just signed up to be a mystery shopper where I will attend car dealerships (aka hell) and act like I want to buy a new car and then write a review. Also have to go try on grandma shoes, buy them, and return them an hour later. I could use a good laugh or 67.

  19. Claire August 9, 2016 at 1:19 pm #

Portland has some great comedy, and this is one of the few weekends I’ll be in town this summer, so I’d love to catch a show!
