Don’t miss the last Home Team bouts before the Season 11 Championships!

Fri. May 6th: Guns N Rollers vs. Heartless Heathers | BUY TICKETS »

Come watch the formidable Guns N Rollers take on the harrowingly Heartless Heathers in the eleventh ranked bout of the season. After having brought the Break Neck Betties to a screeching halt on Wednesday, April 20th, in their first win since the season opener, the Heartless Heathers are out for blood to keep their momentum going. The Heathers have at last demonstrated their true depth and power on the track, and now they want just one more opportunity to solidify their space in the standings.

But can the Guns N Rollers –whose phenomenal season has already defied all expectations in the pursuit of victory- deaden them in defeat?

You’ll only have one more opportunity after this to come watch these teams play before the season is over and this is one match up you won’t want to miss!

Doors open at 7pm, Event starts at 8pm.

TICKET PRICING: (in advance) Reserved Seating $20, General Admission $14 | (day-of) GA cash $15 | credit card $16

Sat. May 7th: Break Neck Betties vs. High Rollers | BUY TICKETS »

This is it: the last game before the season championships!

The #1 ranked High Rollers will be taking on the #3 ranked Break Neck Betties in a bout that will match speed against skill in lightning race for the finish.

The High Rollers are showing no mercy and have already usurped the top spot from the Guns N Rollers this season by dealing out tactically tight, high scoring games on the track, while the Break Neck Betties’ need for speed has allowed them to both stumble and soar in their respective match-ups.

Will the Betties’ seize this opportunity to put their previous losses behind them or will the High Roller roll onwards to a possible second consecutive season championship title?

It’s still anyone’s game and every game counts. We’ll see you there!

Doors open at 6pm, Event starts at 7pm.

TICKET PRICING: (in advance) Reserved Seating $20, General Admission $14 | (day-of) GA cash $15 | credit card $16

*Sung to a little ditty known as “I Like Big Butts and I Cannot Lie” by the good Sir Mix-A-Lot*

Because I like big bouts and I cannot lie!
All the other skaters can’t deny,
That when a jammer skates in and goes for the win,
She makes the other team’s players heads start to spin!

Forget the Kentucky Derby this weekend; Rose City Rollers’ derby is the only derby for me!

I remember watching roller derby in the 1970s growing up in Southern California. The Los Angeles Thunderbirds were fantastic. The sound of skates whizzing around the track would be great to hear again!

Costumed women beating on one another.
A consummation devoutly to be wished.
    I’ll remember to duck.

Fun story: My partner & I were “recruited” by the Seattle roller derby team last weekend.

We were attending a parade, and they spotted us (the only queer women visibly together) immediately.

The woman rolled up to us smoothly and said, “Ladies?”

    I’ve never been before!
