I would love to be a part of this wonderful Oregon event! I am totally in love with the Oregon lifestyle. Now, I am no spring chicken, I am 68. But you all have embraced all ages and encourage everyone to LIVE a life. Not merely exist. Having said all of that, I live on the East Coast and won’t be in Portland until the middle of the month. However, my daughter used to live in Hood River and now resides in Portland. She has been a cancer volunteer at Providence Hospital and it made a huge impact to her life. If you choose me, may I pass them on to her? Oh, and she loves Oregon beverages! Thanks for reading my “essay”.

I have worked retail weekends for the past 20 years. We have never been able to attend because of that reason. My husband and I both retired May 1st of this year! We first heard of this wonderful event while attending our good friends funeral on the Yoshida estate several years ago. He sadly passed from the dreadful cancer. We would love to attend in his honor! Thank you very much!

I grew up a half mile from Mr Yoshida’s estate. Even to this day I drive by there with great admiration for the shear beauty of his property. I have spent many a sunny summer day enjoying the crisp sandy river below. I always looked up there wishing I could experience a walk through the grounds. So for me, winning those tickets would fulfill a life long desire. I can’t think of a better place to spend a day listening to great music while sipping the best wines in the country and savoring tasty Oregon grinds .

I’d really like to be there now! Its not until August 1st, by that date
I will have seen the summer music events of the summer, such as
the Waterfront Blues Festival and the Winthrop R & B Festival not
to mention all the Summer Park concerts by Portland Parks & Rec.
So August 1, 2015? This will be a date to kick back and reflect on
what a great summer it is ….and to relax and now….I have something
to really look forward to knowing that July is not the only month for
great music and events! I will have succumbed to the bliss of spending
a wonderful day with musicians I appreciate! And its for a great cause,
cancer whose lives are affected by it everyday. I hope we can together
look to find a cure. What a wonderful lineup, too and I am looking forward
to seeing the art! I will be telling my friends about this for sure. Please
    pick me!
