Guaranteed to be an evening of celebrating the joys, frailties and absurdities of being human and female in this crazy, success-driven world. Join us in breaking down barriers and re-envisioning triumph through the shared experiences of women artists, teachers, actors and comedians.

    my girlfriend would love an all-female storytelling event, and the concept of failure as a positive is something with which she’s been struggling lately. sounds like humour and learning are woven lovingly into these stories. as an artist and teacher, i’m sure she’ll relate and appreciate:)

    I have yet to attend a storytelling show here in Portland. I know they are popular in this city, and I’m pretty positive I would very much enjoy them! Would love to lose my storytelling show virginity! And for free…! ;-O

    I have recent personal experience with some painful, unexpected circumstances and have been working to approach them from a position of transformation and acceptance rather than shame and pain. Humor and community connections have been major sources of healing for me, and I’d love to learn from the experiences of other women!
