I like big cheese and I can not lie
    You other brothers can’t deny
That when I smell a cheese with a strong yummy smell
And with a yellow thing in your face
    I get sprung
    Wanna pull up tough
Cuz you notice that cheese was stuffed
Deep in the wax case it’s wearing
    I’m hooked and I can’t stop eating
Oh, baby I wanna get with ya
    And take your picture
My homeboys tried to warn me
    But that cheese you got
    Make Me so hungry
    Ooh, rump of smooth skin
You say you wanna get in my benz
Well use me use me cuz you aint that average cheesy

I’ve been searching for an event to attend with my older brother. He served a few terms in the military and after coming back he doesn’t go out much. He had an interesting cheese story when he was younger that I heard countless times. Getting tickets and going to a cheese festival might get him to smile a bit more, remind him of happy days.

I am not only quite fond of cheese, I’m also a fan of beer, wine, & spirits. I’ve been to the Green Dragon, but it has been quite a while. But more important than all of that, my fiancé and I are about as cheesy as can be, and that cheesiness is part of our mutual attraction. So what could be better than spending the day in each other’s company feasting on local cheeses?!?

This would be soooooo great for the family! Both of my kids are epicurians, even though they are 9 and 13. They go to an “Earth” school where they make some of their own food, and have organic gardens. I would love to take them to see what other food artisans are doing, and do some sampling they would really appreciate.

(the school mentioned is Franciscan Montessori Earth School)
