“So funny I found myself on the verge of uncontrollable, hysterical laughter. His observations are hilarious.” Jean Schiffman- San Francisco Examiner

In this fresh production, Will Durst, the man the New York Times calls “quite possibly the best political comedian in the country,” switches directions to pay tribute to the joys, achievements, frustrations and looming doom of the Baby Boom Generation.

Durst explains why his chronologically gifted brothers and sisters should refuse to grow old in the face of gravity no matter how many times they forget their password retrieval question. It’s a celebration of the maturation of the Boomer Nation. What happens when acid flashbacks meet dementia?

Will Durst has a documentary film coming out called 3 Still Standing that features Robin Williams.

I have been listening to Brian Regan and Louis CK the last few weeks n my way in to work and home. It’s really helped to appreciate the ridiculousness of life and forget about the small stuff. My wife has been going through a tough patch and I would love to see her laugh for a few hours.

I saw Will Durst at an outdoor beer and comedy festival in San Jose (called the Brew Ha Ha, clever name) about 20(?) years ago. I had never heard of him at the time. He was by far the funniest guy I saw that day. He really made an impression on me and I never forgot his name, though i haven’t seen him since. He was frickin’ hilarious. I would love to see him again, I could use a few good laughs like he provided that day! Thanks for letting me know he is coming to Portland, I would not have known otherwise.

I need to take my GF to something worthwhile. This is it!

  26. Martin September 25, 2014 at 6:42 pm #

I want that ticket. Give it to me, damn it. I’m old — older than even the Boomers — and the world owes me some deference. You want me to sit home another weekend playing solitaire Parcheesi? C’mon, it’s only $40, and I’ll give the second ticket away to the shyest girl in line. I wouldn’t bother if I could gain entry with my food stamp card, but I can’t. In other words, in the name of God, have some pity on me… Have a nice day.
